When a clock is shipped it is almost assured that it will need an adjustment, even if only to correct the beat of the clock. Any such adjustments are not covered under the guarantee. We do not reimburse any payments made to any other clockmaker for any reason. All work covered by our guarantee must be sent back to theclockrepairpeople.com. Buyer pays the return shipping costs. Any purchase may be returned within 7 days after first notifying us. Refund is for the purchase price of the clock and not the cost of shipping and handling.
